Before AI can work for your business,
it needs to understand your business.

The preparation behind the AI is what makes the execution fast.

01Understand the business.Customers, people & the work today

Meet your team, understand your customers and walk through real tasks. Map the tools, handoffs and bottlenecks. Choose one useful starting point and record its current time, cost and quality.

You get: a process map and a baseline.
02Clarify what makes you valuable.Products, services & competitive advantage

Document your offer, product benefits and reasons customers choose you. Where the positioning is unclear, research the market and propose a direction for you to validate.

You get: an agreed offer and product knowledge base.
03Make the brand consistent. One identity across the customer journey

Organise your voice, visuals, brand principles and examples of good work. Build on existing guidelines or fill the gaps, so customers recognise the same business from their first discovery to purchase and follow-up.

You get: reusable brand guidance and templates.
04Connect the tools. Build a pilot.Useful work inside your existing systems

Agree scope, costs and estimated savings, then connect the systems the pilot needs: your website, ERP, databases, social or creative tools. Select suitable AI models and, where useful, a dedicated workstation. Connections depend on supported access and permissions.

You get: a working workflow with defined access.
05Test the work. Keep control.Clear decisions for AI and for people

Define what AI prepares, what it can execute and when a person approves, changes or declines the result. Test real examples, exceptions and recovery. Compare the full task—including review—with the starting baseline.

You get: tested quality standards and approval rules.
06Hand over. Make it yours.Your team can run and extend the system

Train the people using it and hand over the instructions, workflows and account access. Show them how to update knowledge, check results and add the next task. Routine maintenance is documented; further support is optional, when you want it.

You get: training, documentation and an independent next step.

Connected.
Still in control.

AI does the preparation.
People own the decisions.

  • 01Give access to the information needed.
  • 02Agree what can run and what needs approval.
  • 03Keep a record, a pause and a recovery path.
Does a local machine keep everything local?

A dedicated machine can organise files and run workflows. When it calls a cloud model, the relevant information is sent to that provider. We agree data access, business accounts, provider settings, retention and permitted connections with your IT team. Local-only requirements need a separate technical assessment.

What stays with your team?

Your accounts, business knowledge, workflow documentation and the skills to operate the system. We define review points for publishing, outreach, spending, financial decisions and changes to live operations. You can approve, decline or request changes. Ongoing Shared Cadence support is optional; platform subscriptions and routine maintenance still need an owner.

No confidential files are needed for the first call.

Valkyrie. MJ Nutrition. OnlyCyclingFans.

Valkyrie

SHOPIFY & SOCIAL MEDIA

More execution.
Less coordination.

Marketing previously involved a team of four. Today, I personally manage Valkyrie’s Shopify and social media operations, supported by AI.

BEFORE

Hours of research.
A day of preparation.

Research could take hours. Preparing the content and assembling a campaign could occupy an entire working day.

TODAY · WITH CONTENT READY

A campaign prepared
for review in minutes.

With content available and business context in place, AI takes on much of the preparation. I check the work, approve changes and assess performance.

Owner-reported experience and time estimates. The earlier marketing team’s responsibilities were broader than today’s Shopify and social media scope.

VALKYRIE + MJ NUTRITION

One brand.
Every touchpoint.

Start with product knowledge and a consistent visual language. Apply it to websites, listings, images, SEO and multiple languages, then review the journey from discovery to purchase.

MJ Nutrition: 20 product families.
40 English and Greek product pages checked.

Inside the workflow
  • Define brand principles, design rules and reusable templates.
  • Prepare product pages, search metadata and language versions.
  • Use analytics to identify friction and propose improvements.

My decision: validate product facts, language and the final customer experience.

Define the brand once. Apply it consistently.

Examples from my own work. Figures describe delivered work or system configuration; the Valkyrie time comparison reflects my own estimates.
